TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

Please read these Terms & Conditions of Service carefully before placing a reservation with Jax Black Car Executive Transportation, (JaxBlackCar LLC)  This site is operated by Jax Black Car Executive Transportation. Throughout this site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer solely to Jax Black Car Executive Transportation.  All users must be at least 18 years and older and are conditioned upon to the acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. By visiting our site and/or placing a reservation with us, you engage in our service, and agree to be bound by the following terms of service, including those additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These terms of service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Jax Black Car Executive Transportation makes every effort to meet the highest standards of service excellence. Jax Black Car Executive Transportation may substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value to maintain our 100% on-time service record. Cancellations must be received in our office at least (24 Hours) twenty-four hours PRIOR to pick-up time. Reservations may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance of pick-up time. If your reservation is for Tuesday at Noon, You must notify Jax Black Car Executive Transportation and receive confirmation from Jax Black Car Transportation by Monday at 11:59 AM to cancel that reservation without charge. Changes to same day reservations must be received in our office at least 6 hours prior to pick up time. As a courtesy, JBC will monitor your incoming and outgoing flights. It is the client’s responsibility to notify Jax Black Car Executive Transportation of any changes, cancellations or delays to pick-up times.  PLEASE CONTACT OUR OFFICE OR YOUR CHAUFFEUR DIRECTLY if your arrival or departure will be delayed. Please do not send an email to cancel your reservation. Emails are processed on a first come/first served basis and may not be processed prior to your reservation start time. Failure to contact Jax Black Car Executive Transportation with flight changes, cancellation or delay information in a timely manner will be considered reservation abandonment and may result in forfeiture of fare. Reservations impacted by airline delays and cancellations may qualify for a refund if a replacement reservation is made in a timely manner.  Jax Black Car offers 30 minutes of complimentary wait time for flights arriving at JAX airport or JAXEX Executive at Craig Airport. Wait times in excess of 30 minutes will be billed at the regular hourly rate beginning at minute 30. Jax Black Car LLC reserves the right to change, amend, modify, suspend, continue or terminate all or any part of these terms either for an individual reservation or in general, at any time without notice. Child Restraints – Car Seats and Booster Seats – Florida Law

  • Florida law requires children age 5 and under to be secured properly in a crash-tested, federally approved child restraint device.
  • Children ages 0 to 3 must be in child restraint devices of a separate carrier or a vehicle manufacturer’s integrated child seat.
  • Children, age 4 and 5 must be in a separate carrier, integrated child seat or booster seat.
  • Car Seats are available and must be reserved for a nominal charge or guests may bring their own

Estimated Inclusive Quotes/Confirmations

Rates quoted prior to service are only an initial estimate of the cost of services reserved. Wait time and/or additional services may change the final price.  Hourly as directed or by the hour rates are quoted at the minimum requested time for trips within the city of Jacksonville.  Chauffeured Transportation that routes outside the City of Jacksonville may be subject to a fuel surcharge. Hourly rates are billed garage to garage and are calculated by applying the applicable hourly rate commencing from the time the chauffeur departs the garage to begin service and continuing through such time the chauffeur returns to the garage and concludes service.   The minimum number of billable hours appears on the quote/confirmation, however, the actual billable hours may exceed the initial charges or deposit and will be billable when an audit of the ride is concluded the following day. If you have any questions about your quoted rate, your deposit or your confirmation of reservation, please contact our customer service department and speak with a representative.  The client is responsible for all physical damage to the interior or exterior of the vehicle caused by the client or guests of the client, i.e, all vomit, body fluids, spills, burns, scratches, or garbage left in the vehicle causing extra cleanup will incur a cleaning fee of $500 per incident.  Special Event Charges, Changes and Cancellation Policies supersede Standard Charges, Changes and Cancellation Policies.  Special Events include Weddings, Graduations, Proms, etc.  If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our office.  Thank you for choosing JaxBlackCar.com, we appreciate your business.
